Yaima Ballester is a dynamic librarian and information specialist with over 15 years of international experience across academic, legal, and scientific institutions. Holding advanced degrees in Library and Information Science, she has contributed to organizations such as the University of Miami and the European Chemical Agency. Yaima brings deep expertise in research support, knowledge organization, and advanced cataloging standards (MARC21, RDA), combined with a strong commitment to innovation and user-centered services. She is passionate about empowering academic communities by enhancing access to information and driving excellence in library services.

Library Use Policy
Kelbert University provides all students with access to the Library and Information Resources Network (LIRN), a comprehensive online library platform available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Through LIRN, students have access to academic journals, periodicals, e-books, research databases, and other digital resources to support their coursework and academic development.
Access credentials are provided to students upon enrollment and remain active throughout their enrollment at Kelbert University. Students experiencing difficulty accessing LIRN or navigating available resources should contact the library support team at library@kelbertuniversity.com for assistance. Students are expected to use library resources ethically and in accordance with applicable copyright laws and the institution’s Academic Integrity Policy.
