Admissions

Admission Requirements

To be admitted, you’ll need the following:

    • Copy of a valid government-issued ID (passport, state ID, residency card, etc.)

    • Write a brief essay (1–2 pages) describing your story, your personal goals and where you see yourself in the next couple of years once you graduate.

    • We want to get to know the person behind the student.

    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.)

    • If you have earned college credits from other institutions, please request that official transcripts be sent directly to us so we may evaluate and validate your credits.

🎓 How You'll Learn

We offer flexible learning options designed to fit your life and your goals. Our programs are available in multiple formats to support your success:

Online: Complete your classes at your own pace, with complimentary office hours available to help you review material, ask questions, and stay on track.

On-Campus: Learn face-to-face at our university locations with access to classroom instruction, campus resources, and personalized support.

Hybrid: Combine online and in-person learning for a balanced experience that offers flexibility and connection.

No matter how you choose to learn, you’ll have the resources, guidance, and support you need to succeed.

🗓️ How You’ll Plan

At Kelbert, we understand that every student’s journey is different. That’s why we offer flexible course loads to match your schedule, goals, and commitments.

  • Full-Time: Take 4–5 classes per semester (about 16 weeks) to stay on track for faster graduation.

  • Part-Time: Take 2–3 classes per semester (about 16 weeks) to balance school with work, family, or other responsibilities.

  • Custom Plans: Work with an advisor to create a personalized academic plan that fits your needs — whether you want to accelerate your path or take a lighter pace.

  • Summer Terms: Shorten your time to graduation with accelerated summer courses, typically completed in about 11 weeks.

Your future is important, and so is your present. We’ll help you build a course schedule that supports both.

🛠️ How You’ll Work

At Kelbert, your journey doesn’t end at graduation — it’s just getting started.

We’ve built strong relationships across industries because we've done the work ourselves. We know what employers are looking for, and we design every program to help you meet and exceed real world expectations.

As you move through your classes, you’ll gain hands-on skills, real experience, and a career mindset. And when you’re ready to step into the workforce, we’ll still be here — offering guidance, connections, and support when you need it most.

Your future isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we work with you to build.
