With semesters open year round, our admissions process reflects the same focus as our curriculum. It is clear, efficient and built to help you progress without unnecessary delays. Begin when the timing is right for you and we will provide the support you need to move confidently into the next stage of your education.

Our requirements are practical, focusing on your identification, your educational background, and a completed application form.

undergraduate

The undergraduate degree marks the start of your journey. Here’s what you need to take the next step forward.

    • A copy of a valid government-issued ID such as a passport, state ID, or residency card.

    • International students may provide equivalent identification from their home country.

    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.)

    • If your diploma was earned outside the U.S., it must be validated and translated to its U.S. equivalent. We partner with TEC, our trusted international transcript evaluation service, which provides Kelbert students with a discounted rate.

    • Our team will work side by side with you throughout the validation process to ensure everything is completed smoothly.

    • Applicants from non-English-speaking countries, including internationally educated U.S. citizens, must demonstrate proficiency in English. Applicants who attended secondary or postsecondary institutions where English is not the language of instruction must also meet this requirement, even if the institution is located in the United States.

    • Kelbert University accepts only official test scores or official documentation sent directly from the testing agency or organization. Minimum acceptable scores are:

    • TOEFL iBT/PBT: 80 / 550

    • Duolingo English Test: 110

    • To be admitted, you must complete the official application and submit the nonrefundable $100 application fee.

    • This fee helps us provide you with a timely admissions decision and supports access to scholarship opportunities. Our admissions team is always here to guide you through the process, which typically takes less than 15 minutes.

Graduate

The graduate degree is your next leap forward. Here’s what you need to advance your education and career.

    • A copy of a valid government-issued ID such as a passport, state ID, or residency card is required.

    • An official copy of your bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required for admission. The degree must be from an English-speaking country or be validated and translated to its U.S. equivalent.
