Financial Assistance


We offer scholarships to support students who demonstrate merit, financial need, and academic excellence.

Our goal is to ensure that deserving students have the opportunity to pursue their education without unnecessary financial barriers.

Requirements

To qualify for scholarship opportunities, you will need to meet the following criteria.

    • Before applying for scholarships, you must complete the Admission Application.

    • After your application is submitted, you will receive an email with access to the scholarship portal, where you will find the scholarship application.

    • Write a brief essay (1–2 pages) describing why you believe you should be awarded the scholarship and how you plan to use this opportunity to contribute to your community.

    • Submit two letters of recommendation from individuals such as employers, teachers, or mentors who can speak to your character, work ethic, and qualifications.

    • Provide either your most recent tax return or your last two pay stubs to verify your financial situation and demonstrate financial need.

Process

From application to award, here’s what your scholarship journey at Kelbert looks like.

    • Submit your admission and scholarship applications.

    • Your application is reviewed for eligibility and a decision is made.

    • Receive your scholarship along with your admissions offer.

Commitment

Once your scholarship is approved, you must meet the following requirements to maintain eligibility.

  • Students must remain enrolled full-time and maintain good academic and disciplinary standing. As representatives of Kelbert University, scholars are expected to act with integrity, professionalism, and respect, both on and off campus.

  • Scholars must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA each semester to demonstrate consistent academic achievement and commitment to excellence. Continued strong performance in coursework ensures the scholarship supports those who exemplify Kelbert University’s academic standards.

  • Each semester, scholars must complete at least 20 hours of approved community service as part of their scholarship commitment. Service activities should contribute meaningfully to the community and reflect the values of Kelbert University.

    Please use the form below to document your service hours and obtain your supervisor’s signature for verification. Completed forms must be submitted to the university by the end of each semester.
