Dr. Christina Hidalgo is a Miami-based business executive, consultant, and graduate professor with over 20 years of experience across finance, banking, human resources, and organizational leadership. She brings a rare blend of real-world executive insight and academic rigor into the classroom, helping students connect theory to the realities of today’s business environment.
Dr. Hidalgo holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and a graduate degrees in Human Resources Management. She has served in senior leadership roles including Controller, CFO-style consultant, and People Operations executive, where she has led large-scale transformations in payroll, benefits, compliance, compensation strategy, financial reporting, and organizational systems. Her work spans healthcare, financial services, technology, and professional services organizations.
In the classroom, Dr. Hidalgo teaches graduate-level courses in Human Resources, Compensation, Financial Planning, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Business Strategy. She is known for her engaging, practical teaching style that blends case studies, simulations, and real organizational scenarios.
